Orca Running: Iron Horse Half Marathon
Orca Running provides exceptional running experiences for all abilities and paces; with operational policies that have a positive environmental impact and promote sustainability.
The Iron Horse Half Marathon is a point to point half marathon taking place in Washington state on the Palouse to Cascade Trail (part of Washington State Parks) and Snoqualmie Valley Trail (part of the King County Parks system). Both trails are the remains of old railroad tracks, hence the ‘Iron Horse’ moniker. The course is nearly all downhill at a steady, gentle grade, along with some flat sections.
*BONUS: The REI Cooperative Action Fund is the Charity Partner for this race! That's right - a portion of every registration fee is donated to the REI Cooperative Action Fund, and participants have the option to make additional donations during registration.
